Kroger Community Rewards Program
The Carroll High School Band Boosters are participating in a new program called Kroger Community Rewards. With this new program, the band will receive a donation from Kroger based on the number of people that register their Kroger Plus shoppers card with our organization’s number and how much money they spend at the store. The more people that designate the CARROLL HIGH SCHOOL INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC PROGRAM as their charity, the more money we will earn. So please forward this message to anyone and everyone you know and encourage them to register their card today! Posting it on your favorite social media site is also a great way to spread the word.
How do friends help us?
Log into their account at www.Kroger.com/CommunityRewards (or they can create a new account with their e-mail address and password if they do not already have one.)
Click on the bright orange Enroll Now button.
Enter 10314 (or CARROLL HIGH SCHOOL INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC PROGRAM in the Find Your Organization box) and click the bright orange Search button.
Click in the circle immediately before CARROLL HIGH SCHOOL INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC PROGRAM and click the bright orange button at the bottom that says Enroll Now.
When you go to Kroger, use your Kroger Plus card (that you use to accumulate fuel points) and Charger Pride automatically benefits!
It takes 7 – 10 business days for your card to be linked to the band booster account. You can verify that your card is linked to the band account by logging on to www.Kroger.com and checking under the My Account heading.
Also, certain items do not earn rewards. These include All Items Purchased, postage stamps, fuel, lottery tickets, Kroger gift cards or Visa/Mastercard/American Express gift cards. All other items in the store will help earn money for the band.
Shop with SCRIP Information
SCRIP is the easiest way to raise funds that go into your student’s SIA (Student Individual Account) throughout the entire year.
Using SCRIP, it is possible to raise the whole amount needed for the year’s band or guard fees without spending a cent and without having to sell anything. What a deal!!
This is the way SCRIP works: You purchase gift cards for the goods and services that you already use, paying face value (groceries, gas, clothing, restaurants, etc.). The Boosters get the gifts cards from the SCRIP vendor for some percentage less than the face value. Most of that savings (90%) goes into your student’s SIA. It’s that easy.
Go to www.shopwithscrip.com to register your family Online.
Detailed Scrip Instructions can be downloaded Here
Fill out the SCRIP Agreement Form from Carroll Band Programs, and send it by postal or e-mail to the SCRIP coordinator.

Afterwards, you will have the option of signing up for PrestoPay! which will allow you to order and pay Online; and that means no mailing or extra trip to drop off a payment.
If you prefer, you can pay by check by dropping it off or sending it to the SCRIP coordinator by the due date.
SCRIP orders are taken about every two weeks throughout the year, though that sometimes changes around holidays and school breaks. Always follow the order dates that are listed on the band calendar. Pick-up is on the Thursday evening following each order deadline. Questions? Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
